FACILITIES RENTAL DIVISION 

  • To receive facilities rental application 3 days before facilities are needed for use.

  • To ensure information of clients in the application form is complete before it is processed and to ensure there are enough facilities to be provided to clients within 3 days.

  • To ensure payment is received 3 days before facilities are issued to clients.

LOGISTICS DIVISION

  • To ensure reports on minor damages of vehicles are taken action within 7 days. 

  • To ensure reports on major damages of vehicles are taken action within 30 days.  

  • To ensure log books are updated every month. 

ENFORCEMENT DIVISION 

  • To conduct a review on compound arrears once a month.  

  • To investigate public complaints within 3 days from the date the complaints are received by the Enforcement Unit.

LICENSING DIVISION,  DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND MUNICIPAL SERVICES

  • To process complete applications for premise licence and advertisement within 60 working days.

  • To process application for buntings and banners display permits within 1 working hour.  

  • To process application for dog licence within 1 working hour.  

  • To process the issuance of health cards within 1 working hour.

  • To process application for hawker licence within 30 working days.  

  • To process hawker temporary permit to sell seasonal fruits within 1 working hour.  

  • To implement vector control works 1 day each month for the town centre and once every 2 months for outskirts of town. 

  • To conduct inspection of public toilets at least once a month. 

TREASURY DEPARTMENT 

  • Collection of revenue for each client with a complete documentation is resolved within 5 minutes.

  • Payment to suppliers is implemented within 14 days from the date the complete document is received. 

  • Computerised assessment tax bills are printed before or on 7 Jan/July every year.  

  • Computerised Notice E is printed before or on 7 March/Sept every year.

  • Application for allocation transfer is done within 3 working days from the date the complete documentation is received.

  • Issuance of a local order is resolved within 1 working day from the date the complete documentation is received provided the officer to sign the document is available.  

  • The process of direct purchase is resolved within 2 weeks from complete documentation is received.  

  • Approval to pay assessment tax by instalment is given within 1 working day.
